Exercise has changed my life. Movement is medicine for the mind and body. After a workout you feel strong, you feel positive, you get a rush of endorphins, you nail a workout and it gives you strength to conquer the day and you feel invincible. I want to change your life through movement. Whether you want to move better, get fitter, faster, recover from birth, be strong for mother/fatherhood, start running, work towards a new distance (5k-marathon) or race or just want to be fit to chase your kids through the park. I’m your right hand woman.

I do strength work for mothers to be, postnatal, for weight loss / fitness / strength gains (men & women) and run coaching 1-1 or group, running strength and running plans.
​
Training will be safe, progressive, fun and will get you results. For strength work I use a mix of cardio, resistance, weights (as appropriate) and body weight work to get you where you want to be. I will continually challenge, encourage and motivate you. Let’s do this together because we can and because you deserve to be the best version of you right now.

Background:
​
I am a level 3 personal trainer based in South London with a passion for fitness, helping women stay strong through pregnancy and birth and in the postnatal period, introducing impact safely to the postnatal woman, helping runners reach their potential and helping individuals get strong and be the best version of themselves.
Pre and postnatal
I trained myself through pregnancy and in the postnatal period and was proud to come out strong and not having lost much fitness. I have supported and coached women to remain fit and be strong for birth throughout their pregnancy, I have helped many postnatal women heal after birth through exercise including helping heal diastasis recti, pelvic floor, carrying out functional exercises to be strong for motherhood and coming back to impact. I love helping women get strong for introducing impact and eventually running. I have carried out two courses specialising in pre and postnatal exercise and I am passionate about helping women keep fit safely in this pivotal time in their lives.

Running
Having started running in 2013, I have loved building up to my favorite distance - the marathon. I really enjoyed carrying on running and strength throughout my pregnancy and this fuelled my desire to help other women remain strong before and after having a baby.
I have qualified as a run coach and coached at New Balance Runclub London and Run Higher Collective runclubs and provide personalised running plans. I work with all levels of athletes. Whether you’re training for life, looking to start running, nail a 5k, 10k, half marathon or complete/run a faster marathon.
I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and love seeing the people I work with grow. I will challenge you, support you and help you reach your goals. I love continually learning and growing myself whether that’s in my own sports (running, triathlon, cycling) or in my professional life - I am continually undertaking CPD and reading.
