From Osa, a lovely 1-1 client I have through We Run who I helped with technique, running workouts and prep, recovery and training advice and much more in the build for London Marathon 2022.

"I cannot thank Noemie enough for working with me to help me train for my first marathon. I had the best, seamless experience from start to finish. Due to the nature of my work, my schedule is erratic. This was no issue and my needs were accommodated without me being made to feel like a burden. Noemie made me feel like I was her only client with the care and attention she took to my needs. She helped me change my relationship with food and helped me connect dots I didn't even consider that would all help me become a more efficient runner. From advice around sleep, hormones, nutrition and lifestyle, she took a holistic interest in me and set me realistic challenges that were not only related to running. I regained my lost period, learned to sleep better and felt the mental health benefits of running. I definitely got more than I bargained for!

I have run some half marathons before, but have had no formal training or anyone to assess my form or provide any guidance. Noemie was able to help me improve my running form, work on my nutrition and mindset, and ultimately, made me enjoy the progress.

Not only did I complete the London Marathon, I sustained no post race injuries and I feel this is a credit to Noemie for her guidance and expertise. I am so grateful. I cannot recommend enough.

"The strength sessions and fitness plan Noemie designed for me have been fantastic. The experience of having one to one time with a trainer to give my body some attention after the strains of  pregnancy, labour and early motherhood have been so valuable. I feel much more confident to run again, and safe in the knowledge that I am preparing  myself physically to do so. Noemie is a brilliant trainer, she is thorough, perceptive and very knowledgeable. She helped me to feel capable and relaxed and I would not hesitate in highly recommending her for anyone looking to get back to fitness after having a baby. "

Running Client Oleg - weekly technique sessions & ultra marathon & spartan prep 

Noemie is an amazing personal trainer, very accommodating and always looking for ways to improve her sessions. She's been very helpful with adjusting our training to suit my goals and I have certainly improved and learnt a lot for her. I unfortunately had to stop training due to some health concerns, but very much recommend her to runners of any level.

"Thank you so much for everything. I've really enjoyed the sessions, they've given me the confidence I needed and built me up both physically and mentally because I found the first 4 months with Mara really hard and I wasn't remotely prepared for the impact of the cesarean that I hadn't entertained as a road I might have to go down.

I was worried about how it would work with Mara at sessions, but you were right, it is possible! And you went above and beyond taking on the role of baby entertainment and feeding so that I could get the most out of the time for me.

 

You do more than the work of a PT and it's so appreciated that you're also an ear for the ups and downs of life. Keep doing what you do for women! "
