Service Description
Personal training in person At your house or in a park nearby you in South London Please send an enquiry before booking to ensure we can find a mutually convenient time/location. 1 HOUR Pre/postnatal strength. We will work on the following: Prenatal: Breath work Kegels Stretching out muscles that become tight following pregnancy Strengthening key weakened muscles Cardio Functional strength exercises for motherhood Progression and regression through the trimesters as appropriate for pre natal Cool down & stretching Postnatal: Breath work Kegels alone and with strength exercises Stretching out muscles that become tight following pregnancy and from motherhood Strengthening key weakened muscles (including pelvic floor) Healing diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) Appropriate core exercises Cardio Functional strength exercises for motherhood Helping regain strength after c-section Introducing impact (when appropriate) Preparation for running Cool down & stretching Areas I cover include: Dulwich, South Norwood, Upper Norwood, Herne Hill, Brixton, Clapham, Sydenham, Penge, Peckham, Crystal Palace and surrounding areas in South London.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours cancellation policy for all services. 72 hours you will receive 50% of the fee refunded. Less than 48 hours you will not receive the monies paid back. Please kindly give as much notice as possible for all session amends. For group sessions (group PT): terms as above for the cost of the whole course however should one person be unable to make a one off session I cannot provide a refund.
