Service Description
Run with Noemie: 1-1 run coaching - 1 hour Please send an initial enquiry before booking a slot In-depth initial consultation (on the phone/Zoom) to get to know you, understand your exercise history, goal setting and gain injury history. Sessions will be tailored to meet your goals and needs and may include: Warm-up Drills (general) Drills (specific to you) Key workouts in preparation towards your goal (such as a race) Running form/technique and posture coaching (inc video analysis if desired) Cool down Static stretching Homework Option instead to have a runner strength personal training session to build strength, prevent injury, have better form, stronger muscles and increase power for running. Runners strength sessions will be tailored to meet your goals and needs and may include: Dynamic warm-up (including running drills) Balance Flexibility Reaction time Activation of key muscles Strengthening - full body Strengthening the core Cool down Static stretches
Cancellation Policy
48 hours cancellation policy for all services. 72 hours you will receive 50% of the fee refunded. Less than 48 hours you will not receive the monies paid back. Please kindly give as much notice as possible for all session amends. For group sessions (group PT): terms as above for the cost of the whole course however should one person be unable to make a one off session I cannot provide a refund.
